GOLF COURSE BEING PLAYED(Entered By Group1)

Match ID    

The Match ID (Entered By Group1)

Match Name  

Match Name ( Entered By Group1)

Round ID  

Same as Match ID + "Rid" (Entered By Group1)

Round Number  

The tournament's name or group's name + next consecutive number of the tournament's round of played (Entered By Group1).

Day of Play 

Please upload the date of Match Play.

Step 1: Select CourseID from Chart Below.
Step 2: Match ID = First three characters of Golf Course Name (CourseID) + mmddyear.
Step 3: Match Name = Enter group's name + mmddyear (example: BOH03122024).
Step 4: Same as Match ID + "Rid" (example: bat10202099Rid)
- bat=Battle Ground
- 102099 = Date
- Rid = Round ID
Step 5: Round Number (First 3 letters of Tournament's or organization's name + a number from last Round incremented by +1(Get this from your administrator).

Step 6: After time entry, Re-check your entries before clicking "Load ".
Step 7: Click "Let's Rumble" to select your Assigned Group.
